When submitting your artwork to us, we ask that it is created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an EPS or AI file incorporating these points:
- All imported files must be embedded and not linked
- Each colour must be clearly labeled with its colour reference (Pantone Reference)
- All fonts must be converted to outlines before saving.
- Line colours only (no halftones) - unless you are having an item printed in full colour process.

Hint For multi-colour printing on items - please ensure that each colour y ou want printing on your item is on its own layer. as this will enable us to colour separate your artwork easily and make modifications if required.
JPEG Files are acceptable for single colour work only. The image must be
in black & white and not colour. Files should be sufficiently large to ensure that sharp edge definition can be printed. You should be able to check this by printing your image on a laser printer at 200%. Please be careful when saving JPEG files as they are designed to compress on copying. This has an adverse affect on quality.
TIFF Files are acceptable for single colour work only. The
image must be in black & white and not colour. The files should be sufficiently large to ensure that sharp edge definition can be printed. You should be able to check this by printing your image on a laser printer at 200%.
PLEASE NOTE: GIF's & Bitmap's are NOT acceptable as artwork and we can not use these to print onto your items! As the quality of these images will be to low for us to work with.
If you only have these file types then don't worry. We offer an artwork re-drawing service for small charge, where we can recreate your logo original format why you can use on your promotional items.
