Refunds & Exchanges
Promofix Ltd only exchange or refund items if they are faulty. If you need anymore information regarding this please contact us immediately, so we can resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
If the item you purchase is faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This is subject to the following conditions:
- You are responsible for returning the item to us or, if appropriate, contacting us to arrange collection.
- You will be responsible for the costs of return or, if appropriate, collection (unless the item is faulty).
- The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition and returned with its packaging.
- Confectionary and other food items, other perishable items and any items which are personalised or made to your particular requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges (if applicable).
